Just installed Microsoft Office and have Excel 2003.
Trying to email an Excel spreadsheet as an attachment, but message "no profiles have been created. to create a new profile use the mail icon in the control panel" No idea what that means. |

It looks that by default email program was set as Microsoft Outlook & not Outlook Express. If you want default email program as outlook express then change the setting from Internet Properties as under. Open Internet BrowserToolsInternet OptionsProgramsselect Outlook Express from Email Dropdown box (2nd dropdown box) With this you can also see the email icon in the standard toolbar (before Print icon). Sounds like you haven't set up any e-mail accounts in Outlook. You can look
in outlook. Also you can check Control Panel/Mail to see the profiles. If you don't know your smtp etc, check with your ISP. When you do, Outlook will store that info in a profile. Attatchments. To upload a workbook, click reply then add your few words, scroll down past the submit button and you will see the Manage Attatchments button, this is where you get to add files for upload, if you have any trouble please use this link or the one at the bottom of the any page. -- Pecoflyer Cheers - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pecoflyer's Profile: http://www.thecodecage.com/forumz/member.php?userid=14 View this thread: http://www.thecodecage.com/forumz/sh...d.php?t=101095 |
