how can I amend my address data source
I have created an address data source in excel for a mail merge in word. I
now find that I want to permenantly delete some of the addresses. I have been hiding the rows or have tried deleting the information on rows but when the merge is complete all the hidden rows show, and so do the empty one and I have to go through the whole lot unchecking the boxes to stop it all printing. Is there a way of getting rid of all the hidden & empty rows? |

You can not just use the Delete key to remove the data you must also delete
the row the data is in. To do this click on the row number and highlight the row. Next on the menu bar click on Edit then Delete. If needed you can go back and clear up the empty rows by using this method. Charlie "Kim" wrote: I have created an address data source in excel for a mail merge in word.
