Can you show the gridlines even if you don't have any text in the cell? If
you can how can I do this? Thanks in advance. Annette |

What do you mean, show where? If you have gridlines checked under
toolsoptionsviews then they are shown, if not then they are not shown regardless of any text. If you mean print then the answer is no unless you fake them by using borders instead -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Annette" wrote in message ... Excel needs something to print.
Let's fake it out<g If you want to print out a page with just the gridlines showing, select M45 and enter a <space. Select the print range and Excel will print that blank page out with gridlines. Annette- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - The way I do it is to put a 'space' in the cell(s). If I have text in column A, B, C and want D to be a blank column of cells I go to D1 and hit the space bar, violla, a column of blank cedlls. Works the same at the end of the rows should you want a blank row of cells. Ralphael, the OLD one. |
