how to sort non-alphabetically
Hi there,
Is it possible to sort a list in a certain way not alphabetical. I have a column with entries for towns and I want certain towns at the top for example, Windsor, London then Applegate. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Suzanne |

Create a Custom List of the towns (Tools/Options/Custom Lists). Choose
Data/Sort, click Options, and choose your custom list to sort on. In article , Grd wrote: Hi there, Is it possible to sort a list in a certain way not alphabetical.
