Ed

Highlight the data and then copy it, now immediately right click and select
paste special+Values, or Values and number formats

This will kill the formulas for you

Select all the cells
Use the Copy command
With all cells still selected, use Edit |Print Special and specify Values

Suggest you save the file fist under a new name in case you change your
mind!
best wishes

Yes, this works, however I have about 20 different price sheet that are
formatted in a specific way (colour, fonds, highlights). I am loosing all
my formatting this way.

It shouldn't change the formats if you copy and paste special as values in
the same cells that held the formulas
