How do I reset the Modify button for ribbon
 

I just started office 2007.I was setting up the Excel program using the set
of for the ribbon.I clicked on the button modify label on Icon of a button
assigned to a marco.I need to reset the button marked"Modify".

How do I reset the Modify button for ribbon
 

Hi Ken

Things don't work the same way for customising in XL2007 as they did in
earlier versions.
The Modify button on the Developer tab is not for that purpose.

If you want to learn how to customise the Ribbon, take a look at Nick
Hodge's site, where there are also downloadable sample files. Nick gave
a fabulous presentation on this topic to the Office User Group in the UK
10 days ago, using this data.
