I am using Excel 2003. Does anyone know how to stop automatic rounding of
numbers so that the exact number will be displayed? Thanks.

Betty: All you need to do is go to Format CellsNumber and set the number of
decimal places you want in that cell/column/row

Thank you, Rhonda. I've actually done that and it still rounds up. I was able
to get a book from the library last night and hopefully it will help.
