Pivot table colums selection
I have a worksheet with columns of data I need to select and those I don't
need to select. Since the are not sequential I use the CTRL key to select those I need. So column c,f,h,m,n r as an example I get the warning indicating invalid range. Do the ranges always have to be next to each other? (I do hope not!!!) -- Bill |

Yes, a list used as the source for a pivot table must be in adjacent
columns. Bill wrote: I have a worksheet with columns of data I need to select and those I don't need to select. Since the are not sequential I use the CTRL key to select those I need.
