What do you consider as a "page"?

A range on a worksheet that fits on one printed page?

You could give that range a name then assign it to a print macro or just select
the range and FilePrintSelection.

Or a particular worksheet to print?

Sorry, guess my info was lacking. on sheet 1 I have 3 printable pages. The
first page is a fill in form, the 2nd page takes those inputs and adds my
mark ups to them, the third page prints a change order to the customer with
totals from pages 1 and 2.
On the third page I would like the option of just that page printing with
out page 1 and 2 printing. Is there a code or formula to do this , also is
there way to to print a page and not show certain information?
I hope this was a little clearer.

Thanks, for your help. This site is great and I am learning quite a bit just
reading the posts.

that when I print, prints out in 3 pages. I tried the setb printb area as
suggested an it worked great. will this also work when I select "send to
email reciepient as an attachment" as well

The "send to as attachment" will send the entire workbook.

"Send to Recipient" will give you the option of attaching entire workbook or
just current sheet as body of email.

To send just the selected range you would need VBA code which is provided by Ron
de Bruin.

http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm

If you download his SENDMAIL add-in you will have all the options at your
fingertips.
