formulae for a warning if with in 20 % of a order value in excel
 

I am trying to put a spreadsheet together that will warn me if there is only
20 % left of an order value i.e the order value will be in the top cell and I
have got a invoiced to date where all the invoices are added up and then I
need to know the percentage left after whats been invoiced to date I hope
this makes sense to some1.,

Not really, but you want conditional formatting. See

Thanks for replying right let me put this question in to more sense.

I nwws formulae that will warn that there is only 20% left of a value that
is entered into a cell, please help I am not that good with excel.
