I've never used excel before... i just have a simple graph of absorbance vs
concentration, and i have to interpolate values for concentration from values of absorbances. I read somewhere to use solver, but i can't figure out how to load it... i went to add ins, and installed it, then went back to addins, selected solver, clicked ok... nothing happens, i went back to tools, and it's not there... how do i get the solver?? if that's even what i need to interpolate the data?? i'm using excel 2003 |

I've never hear of Solver (not a major Excel user) so I Googled it. It
appears that there are several companies who have created an add-in called Solver. Have you tried checking the website for whoever developed that add-in? -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "rwoyk" wrote in message ... It doesn't sound like something for Solver, but maybe you can describe the layout of your data?
