How do I formate a cell to show a certain number to a certain power

So for instance I want to show the value of 10 to the 2nd power
or 13 to the 5th power or whatever my values are.

Excel lacks this functionality (superscripts). You could create the
text you want to display in Word, then copy it in word and paste it as
a picture into Excel.

Value is not a format.

=4^3 returns 64

=5^3 returns 125

Is this what you mean?
