How do I name my colums in Excel ?

I want to label my colums in an Excel file instead of the A, B, C, and D that
it comes with. I double clicked on the cell and typed what I wanted in the
Name Box, but when I print my file it still has the A, B, C, and D labels.

You can NOT rename. But, you can use a label in the top row and hide
columns/rows in toolsoptions.
