If "emerge" means Email then best to check out Ron de Bruin's Sendmail add-in
or use the code alone. http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm If "emerge" means somthing else, please post back with an explanation. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Thu, 5 Oct 2006 02:28:02 -0700, nmuthu wrote: How can I emerge an xl document to n number of recipients individually. |

And then again we may both be so far off base that we'll never hear from the
OP again. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Gord Dibben" <gorddibbATshawDOTca wrote in message ... There is always the chance of that too. Gord On Thu, 5 Oct 2006 13:09:37 -0400, "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote: Maybe he means mail merge to an email? Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP |

Or took Gord's advice and went to Ron's site and became satisfied.

thanks for your reply,
the problem is the recipients are different every time from a list of recipients (about 500). if i create group i have to delete the unwanted ids every time. that is painful. with out creating any group, a document can be emerged (the email ids from another document will be merged to send email) using microsoft word. if I lock and protect the document emerge does not work. kindly suggest. -- nmuthu "Don Guillett" wrote: One way might be to create a group in your email client and send to the group -- Don Guillett SalesAid Software "nmuthu" wrote in message ... thanks for your reply, exactly it is a mail merge to an email (the email ids
from another document will be merged to send email through outlook express/ms office outlook). the problem is the recipients are different every time from a list of recipients (about 500). if i create group i have to delete the unwanted ids every time. using microsoft word, word document can be emerged. but, if I lock and protect the word document emerge does not work. kindly suggest. -- nmuthu "Gord Dibben" wrote: If "emerge" means Email then best to check out Ron de Bruin's Sendmail add-in or use the code alone. http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm If "emerge" means somthing else, please post back with an explanation.
