Your column isn't wide enough. Format - Column - autofit

(Sounds like a remedial class in Excel might not be a bad idea)

My Excel skills aren't very advanced. I know enough to get by but I keep a
"Excel for Dummies" book handy for some of the fancier stuff. ;-)

Everyone has to start somewhere! I agree with JoAnn - the '...For Dummies"
books are often worth their weight in platinum. They don't assume much more
of the reader than that they realize that some application exists - thus the
reason for the purchase of the book <g.

Until you get to the bookstore, these might help you get more familiar with
Excel:
Excel Fundamentals: http://www.jlathamsite.com/Teach/Excel_Fundamentals.pdf
and some Basics on terminology, cell addressing and basic formula entry
http://www.jlathamsite.com/Teach/ExcelBasicsLesson.pdf

The free Adobe Reader for viewing those files can be obtained from:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I have several. Sometimes they irritate me with their "cutesy" attitude but
if I can pick up a trick or two, they're worth the cost.
