"Tab" range

How do I change the Tab range from "next page" to "next cel"l? Just started
new job and format is set to go to next page instead of next cell and cannot
find "how" to change in HELP.

Go to Tools | Options | Transition. Make sure the check box for Transition
Navigation keys is not checked.
