writing information but not having it look like a table?
 
Hello. at the end of theis table I want to write info on how to complete a
task. I don't want it to look like it is in the table. How do I go about
accomplishing this?

Not sure I fully understand but here a shot...if you are looking to add text
after your table (simular to a word doc) you can consider filling the
backgroud white. Select the area under the table and chose the fill color
button (one with the paint can).

Select the cells you want to change (use can use the mouse or click in a
cell, hold down the shift key and move the arrow keys to select the area).
Once selected press the alt and o key and select cell... choose white in the
cell shading area. that should do it.

Ok. I tried to find that but I looked through all the tabs andit wasn't
there. I'm using microsoft office 2003.
