Paste Link
I know that if you "paste special" an Excel worksheet object into a Word doc, the pasted sheet will mirror the data that is input in the source document - however, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to link such documents whereby you create formulas that link across the 2 embedded worksheets i.e. as if you were working in Excel itself and where you can create formulas across multiple sheets - (I have heard something about a radio link but dont know how this works) -- martins ------------------------------------------------------------------------ martins's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31616 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=567006 |
Paste Link
yes, you do Edit/Copy to copy the cell, then go to the sheet and cell
where you pant to paste. Do edit/paste or right click/paste and a window will be displayed. There is a button on the lower left side labeled Paste Link. Click that and it will link up the two cells.
