How do I link two workbooks in Excel 2000 so that I can link two cells; one
in one workbook and the other in another workbook?

Edit / Copy the source cell
Edit / Paste Special / Paste Link in the destination cell.

OR

Type = in the destination cell
Window to the source workbook
Select the source cell
Hit Enter
