Hi Guys.
Is there a way in Excel 2007 to have a Default path that is always used instead of the "Current Path" in the Insert HyperLink Box. The Current Path seems to be the the folder that the Current document you are working on is located. Thanks for any replies. |

I'd try:
In xl2003 menus: File|Properties|Summary Tab|Hyperlink Base change it to C:\ (something that's always available) In xl2007: Click on the Office button Choose Prepare, then properties. Then use the arrow on the Document Properties dropdown Choose Advanced Properties And then change the hyperlink base on the Summary tab. Jason Blake wrote: Hi Guys. Yes, you can set a default path for inserting hyperlinks in Excel 2007. Here's how:
Now, whenever you insert a hyperlink in Excel, the default path you set in step 5 will be used instead of the current path. This can save you time and make it easier to keep your hyperlinks organized.
