if the list is just postive numbers, type -1 in a cell and select and copy it, then select the positive numbers and past special, multipy. Treg67, Type -1 in a cell. Copy that. Select the numbers you want to convert to negative. Paste Special and select Multiply. Select the range of values you want to convert and chose - Edit - Paste Special and here chose under under the Operations section - Multiply and click OK Regards, Bondi |
