Data referencing and auto fill across worksheets in one workbook..

Is it possible to set up a function and/or macro that would automatically
change the information in a cell when the data in another cell located on
another worksheet within the same workbook is changed? My situation has two
related worksheets that categorizes different levels of training among
employees at various tasks. One worksheet is intended for printing off for
easy access and updating by hand. The other worksheet is suited for managers
and the like who can select from a list (done by validation) the level of
training of a given employee in a given task using the information found on
the printed worksheet. Every once in awhile, the printed worksheets will be
collected, and the new information marked on them will be updated into the
workbook. Within the printable worksheet, each employee for each job task
has four different applicable levels of training (each represented in a
validated list). Once an employee receives the next level of training, the
cell of the previous level is whited out (in each validated list for each
level of training, there are two objects to choose from, the level of
training and a blank). The managerial worksheet is updated by selecting the
applicable level of training from a validated list. Is there anyway that the
printable sheet's whiting out can be done automatically when the managerial
sheet is updated (or vice versa)?
