I have a spreadsheet with a list of skils in one column (SAP, HP, CRM, etc)
and a list of names of people who have that specific skill in another column
(Joe Bloggs, Jim Bloggs, James Bloggs etc). Each person often has more than
one skill and so when you sort the name column into acsending order you get a
list 6 rows of the same names with differnt skills. What i want to do is to
create a table on a new worksheet showing each individual and a list of their
skills (in one Cell).

So far i come up with a VLOOKUP to search the indivuduals name, however i
cannot get it to then concatenate all their skills into one cell.

Please can you help me.

Have you tried using a Pivot Table?
