Would suggest to *not* recommend the use of "Merge Cells".
Besides, you cannot automatically "Wrap Text" when "Merge Cells" is enabled. Better to select the columns in question, then: <Format <Cells <Alignment tab, And expand the "Horizontal" box and choose, "Center Across Selection", And then, if necessary, click on "Wrap Text", And then click on the other tabs to assign formats to the selection. -- HTH, RD ================================================== === Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ================================================== === "Richard Buttrey" wrote in message ...
