excel could not save all the data and formatting
 

I am working with conditional formattings.. a lot of them actually for my
entire excel file. Then there came a time when an error appears when i save
the my file.. is says- Excel could not save all the data and formatting you
recently added to (file name).xls.

Is there a way to get around this?
What should i do now?

Please help.
