Auto filter through the Comman Button

Dear Friend.

I have an excel sheet. It contains 7 subjects…

01 Serial No
02 Name
03 ID no
04 Expiry Date
05 Job title
06 Jointed Date
07 Vacation

There are various employees working under our project, those are

01 Contract Manager
02 Project Manager
03 mason
04 Laborer
05 Plumber
06 carpenter
07 Driver

Then…I made Auto filter for job title …..

My Questions …

If made Button command from the form toolbar, can I find the Auto
filter result…

Example….

I would like to know how many employees we have as a mason …. So I am
going to make Auto filter then find mason list ……………

But I want ……….

I want find without Auto filter help …..
If I click the Button command...it want give the list of mason

Can I do it? If It’s possible ….. Please reply …how is the way to do
that

Auto filter through the Comman Button

You can turn on the macro recorder (ToolsMacroRecord New Macro) while
you manually filter for masons.
Then, add a button from the Forms toolbar, and assign your recorded
macro to the button.
