How do I adjust the sales tax percent? I downloaded a template from Office'

Select the cell where the sales tax amount is displayed and click F2 to
edit the sales tax formula.

If the tax rate is stored in a separate cell, this will be apparent
from examining the formula in the cell where the tax amount is
displayed.
