Default Is SUMIF correct?

I am running a Web Querry and importing a table into excel. I need to
deterime the sum of of D:1 Based on A:2.

A:1 Customer B:1 ETA Date C:1 Labor$ D:1 Hours
A:2 Request B:2 Duration C:2 Total Cost D:2 Material $

The table that is being imported has 271 groups of information as shown
above that I would like to sum based on "Request".
