Default how do i link a number of worksheets to one master worksheet?

excel 2000.
I need to collate sales information form a customer. I will be receiving
orders in a haphazard manner throughout the year at least once a month but
maybe three times a month. All orders will go on a seperate worksheet. I need
to link all the worksheets to one master worksheet that will be used for
comparison purposes, say against budget or L/Y figures.
