HELP!
 

My table looks like this:

Customer NOVA VAB Date SW HW
A 1 12-Jun 1
B 1 12-Jun 1
C 1 12-Jun 1
D 1 13-Jun 1
E 1 13-Jun 1

I need to separate out the NOVA SW and NOVA HW and the VAB SW and VAB HW
calls. I am running into issues with this....can someone help me?

Sorry: I need a count of the NOVA SW and NOVA HW calls.....and a count of
the VAB SW and VAB HW calls....which is why there is a "1" listed in the
column under SW or HW...maybe that is the wrong thing to put in there, but I
thought it was the easiest.

So you get 4 different types of calls?

Nova SW
Nova HW
VAB SW
VAB HW

and you want a count of them?

Why not enter Date on column 1 and type of call on column 2?

and then do a countif?
