import info from outlook to existing excel file

Hi
I have an excel file which has the names of contacts but I need to import
their addresses from outlook. Does anyone know a quick way to do this?
Thanks

You should have an Export facility on the File menu in Outlook

Since you export the contacts from outlook it is more of an outlook question
but in outlook under fileimport and export select export to another file,
then select either excel file or csv file then save it to a folder and open
it in excel

Thanks for your help, but I don't want to make a new excel spreadsheet - I
want to import data into an existing one. I have the name of contacts, but
not addresses - which I want to import - and I want them to match up with the
names I already have
