Since you export the contacts from outlook it is more of an outlook question
but in outlook under fileimport and export select export to another file, then select either excel file or csv file then save it to a folder and open it in excel -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom Excel 95 - Excel 2007 Northwest Excel Solutions www.nwexcelsolutions.com "It is a good thing to follow the first law of holes; if you are in one stop digging." Thanks for your help, but I don't want to make a new excel spreadsheet - I
want to import data into an existing one. I have the name of contacts, but not addresses - which I want to import - and I want them to match up with the names I already have Ellie "Peo Sjoblom" wrote: Since you export the contacts from outlook it is more of an outlook question but in outlook under fileimport and export select export to another file, then select either excel file or csv file then save it to a folder and open it in excel -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom Excel 95 - Excel 2007 Northwest Excel Solutions www.nwexcelsolutions.com "It is a good thing to follow the first law of holes; if you are in one stop digging."
