Duplicate values in Pivot table Page Field dropdown..
 

I'm getting *duplicate* as opposed to legacy / artifact /
no-longer-existing values in my pivot table dropdown.

Code to fix the legacy values such as described in:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q202232

does not do the trick.

Thoughts?

The values may be different in the source data. Some could have space
characters at the end, and would be listed as different items in the
pivot table.
