How do I auto-fill consecutive dates ?
I want to enter a month & year in a cell (i.e. Dec-04), and have the next 60
months auto-fill. |
Dates in Excel have to be an exact day or else you have
to create them as text. I suggest you insert: 12/1/04 and right-click on the fill handle and drag for 60 cells. Release the right-click button and select: Fill Months Now format your cells as mmm-yy.
