DATE ISSUE!
i AM ATTEMPTING TO FORCAST THE AMOUNT OF DAYS IN A SHEET, HERE'S THE EXAMPLE:
Start date Days since 100 day forcast 5-31-06 TODAY HOW DO I GET THIS??? I can the days till today but not get a date from start date plus 100 days? I appreciate your input. |

This will give you a date that is 100 days past the date in cell A2

If your start date is an Excel date, rather than text, then merely add 100 to that format the result as a date. If your 5-31-06 is text, try Data/ Text to columns & choose date, with the DMY option. That will turn it into a date to which you can add your 100 days. -- David Biddulph |
