How do you email one worksheet from a workbook?

Hi
If you need to send it as an attachment (as opposed to within the body of the message) then you need to copy the sheet to a new workbook first. Right click on Sheet tabMove or CopyClick Create CopyTo book(new book) as destination then save this workbook. Unlike the old version the only "send" option in the 2007 is "fax". I did an
