load one vendors prices to a master workbook
 

i have a master vendor price sheet with about 10 different vendors and their
part numbers. when i get a new price update i want to load the workbook from
the vendor to the master.
i have tried compare and merge, sharing, consolidating and sharing and can't
get it to work.
my master looks like this:

and my workbook that i want to merge has just the vendor # c2029 for 72.00
