Allow user to "switch" contents of two boxes in Excel
 

Now if you have text in two boxes that need to be switched you must delete
one, cut/paste the other and retype the deleted.

Hi Coop,

You can do this easily enough by attaching a formula to each text box,
pointing to a cell on the worksheet. Then, all you have to do is to swap the
values over in the worksheet cells, and they'll swap over in the text boxes
as well.

If you don't like that, you could use a macro to swap the values over. To
expedite the process, you could even attach the macro to a keyboard shortcut
or a custom toolbar button.

Even you current process could be made more efficient. Instead of cutting
from one textbox and pasting over the 'old' text in the other, cut then
paste *next* to the 'old' text, followed by a cut of the 'old' text and
pasting it back in the first textbox.
