Hi,
I am trying to work out the following and would appreciate alittle help. I want to set conditional formatting so that a cell changes colour whenever A2=40 or A3=25% whichever is greater. A1 = 100 A2 = 25 A3 = A2/A1 (formatted as %) I'd appreciate any help, Thanks, Mickey |

I am trying to make it one formula so that I am sure the 'whichever is greater' part is working.
