hyperlink in menubar
 

This NG has provided data so I can add a menu bar to my file and it rewrites
the menu bar each time it opens. Thats great.
What I want to do now is to had a "help" submenu.
All it would be is a list of items with hyperlinks to text files with ...
well "help" directions for the menus. These are directed for first time
users of my file.
how do i include a hyperlink in the vb
