Adjusting Formula

I am using the following forumla to find an amount not exactly in line with
my search term. This would pull in the $ amt for the Consumer for CSFS.

INDEX('[Apr Past Due.xls]Sheet1'!$C$3:$C$100,MATCH("CSFS",'[Apr Past
Due.xls]Sheet1'!$A$3:$A$100,0)+2)

Normally the spreadsheet will be laid out to have:
CSFS
Commercial 100000
Consumer 50000
TMB
Commercial 75000
Consumer 25000

When it is laid out like this the above formula works fine. Sometimes the
Commercial might be gone which puts the Consumer a line up. Is there a
formula that will adjust for this?
