I hope that this is the correct Forum for this question.....

I have downloaded MS excel 2007 beta.

I have opened a spreadsheet from MS excel 2003.

I have three conditional formats already set up.

I would now like to copy the exisiting formating to make additional
conditional formats however using differnt variables.

I have tried COPY but this just copies the formulas etc into another cell.

Would somebody have any ideas on how to do this please. I think that I would
need approximately need another 5-6 conditional formats.

Thank you

Know nothing about Excel 2007, but in older versions, you use the Paintbrush
icon - format painter - to copy conditional formats

Kassie,

Thank you for your response.

I am not looking to copy the actual formatting but how to copy the
Conditional Formats themselves i.e. the actual formulas.

That is how it works, if you copy the formats you will copy the conditional
formatting formulas as well
