I am trying to replace a separate worksheet in a workbook with another
worksheet. How do I do this??

Delete the worksheet that is no longer needed. Go to the
new worksheet, select all, copy. Go to the desired work
book, insert new worksheet, then paste your data in. Maybe
your question is deeper than this?
