Problem with data from cells in merge fields
 

Overview:
I have merge document set up to merge with my spreadsheet.

The cells I want it to merge with have been formatted as a percentage
with 3 decimal places. When I merge the cells into my document,
however, it is giving me a number like this 7.748000558954E-2 instead
of 7.75%.

What am I doing wrong?

Excel might be FORMATTED to show 3dp, but it still contains 15dp - try
using formatting codes in your merge fields to get the format correct
