How to include data on the same sheet some in database some not
 

Hello all,
I have multiple posters to my database and the problem is some use the
"form" others use the "fill in the blank" method of posting. When I go to use
the database it only recognises the first portion that was entered with the
"form". How can I inclued both parts on the same sheet or add the non
database portion to the database.
