*Alt,E,S,V then Enter*.

... any quickest alternative from this boring shortcut *Alt,E,S,V then Enter*.

try customizing a commandbar, adding a commandbutton for 'paste values'
- tools / customize / [commands tab]
- under categories / edit
- find/copy/drag/... - paste vaues [button]
below paste formats [button]

BTW, if you shift-click each of these buttons, performs the actions of each-other ;)
