Cross Reference between sheets

Novice here...

How do I carry a value found on one sheets cell over to another sheet.
So I want the value located on sheet 2 BE,30 to be carried forward to 'sheet
one' at a cell location.

Effectively its a budget imp making for a project. I have different pages
showing different types of expenses,
On the front page however, I wish to have the various subtotals of all the
individual pages showing, always reflecting any changes throughout the
document.

thank you for your help
