Help w/range-based permissions in Excel webpage
 

When saving a protected worksheet I get the following message: The following
features from your workbook will not be saved in the web page "range-based
permissions". The worksheet protection does not function as desired. I want
the user to be able to access certain ranges in protected worksheet once the
webpage has loaded.
