Default lost option to insert comment, need it back?

When I right click on a cell I know longer am given the option to insert
comment. If I go to a cell and right click, I am no longer given the option
to edit a comment only to delete it. How can I change this back?

Sounds like your sheet is protected. Try to remove the protection by
clicking on the dropdown menu ToolsProtection and take a look around. If
the sheet is not protected I am not sure what it could be!

Good Luck
