Lookup Help

I have two tabs in a worksheet. Both have last and first names in column A
and B respectively. How do I search the names in the recent list to see which
ones are not in the original list?

You can use something like

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet3!$A$1:$A$300&Sheet3!$B$1:$B$300=A1&B1))=1

assuming both lists starts in A1 with last and B1 with first and there are
no other characters in the cells but the names, in an adjacent cell in one
sheet copy down, those with FALSE adjacent -are not in the other list
