Inserting check boxes

I need to insert a box in a worksheet, that other users will be able to click
on to make a check or X. Please help

Inserting check boxes

Format a cell with "wingdings 2 " font.
Type "Shift" " R".
You will see check mark.
I am a new user as well. That how I do it.
